Dr. Shah founded Performance Asset Management in 2000 in order provide superior commercial real estate management by placing client’s needs first. Throughout the years Performance Asset Management has grown to manage over 100,000 square feet of nationally anchored retail centers, multi-tenant medical office buildings and freestanding restaurants throughout Ohio.
